Easy, good price, great service

Simplest travel cover ever - just sign up, the price beats most stuff out there and the terms cover more than your average travel insurance. Customer service is exceptional.

Awesomeness

Never have any issues, so easy to apply and get travel insurance. Haven't had to make a claim yet :)

No claim

Taking out the policy online was simple. We didn't have a claim so can't review that part of the insurance.

I've used 1 Cover three times. The premium is very good but I don't know how good you are with claims.

Dont bother to claim.

we made a claim for clothing etc after our suitcase went missing they want receipts for the clothing that was lost or stolen. who keeps receipts for jeans jackets etc that you have had for months I meen really its just a crock of shit, if you try and claim they just don't want to know you never again will I use these ripoffs and I will let as many people I know not to use them. cant even be bothered to spell check that's how pissed of we are .

1 Cover is a very easy and friendly company to deal with. Affordable travel insurance and making a claim is a stress free experience.

No issues no problem

Was to be charged a premium because I had a heart check up which resulted in a favourable report.

Value is good but missed a flight because of delays

circling Heathrow Airport now I have to get documentation as to the reason why two or three full planeloads were going through customs before us. We are not seasoned travellers and had to walk miles, literally miles, to get anywhere. The whole ordeal was exhausting then to discover our gate was closed to us on BA going to Edinburgh. We needed to purchase more tickets. After speaking with your customer service, we, as clients have to supply the reason for the delay. This could take some time as BA are in lockdown at present. I would truly appreciate some assistance in this matter.

Always use 1cover

My family & I have always used 1 cover for our frequent travels overseas. Have also started using them for domestic cover. Have only needed to make a claim once with a positive outcome

Good experience

We have previously used this company and had to make a claim. We were paid out after some discussion and were happy with the resul;t. This time we used them again and happily had no need to claim. Happy customer and would use again.

No problems on this holiday, so no need to claim, but reassuring to know I was insured by 1Cover.

During a previous holiday, I needed urgent Dental wok and on returning home, my claim to 1Cover was quickly settled in full. Excellent service.

I paid this twice and emailed my mistake, the money was back in my account the next day. WOW!!

Insurance for overseas travel

Easy to do online, had no issues while away therefore no need for a claim and therefore cannot comment on this.

Clear and simple cover

I don't have much to comment on as we didn't need to make a claim, however I wouldn't hesitate in using 1Cover again. They were good to deal with by phone and email when I had questions prior to signing up and the cover seemed clearer and cheaper than most of the competitors.

It was absolutely easy to make a claim and they did not fuss about anything just provided them with the documents and they sorted it out

Unfortunately have had two instances of having to claim based on unfortunate personal circumstances - these guys have made both bad situations better

Outstanding quick response

We could not believe how quickly my daufhters claim was paid out for medical treatment while overseas. 48 hours! Outstanding. We will be renewing our daughters travel policy while she finishes her studies in Europe

Once claim accepted it was paid really quickly

Took a while for me to gather my supporting documents, but once I had everything the claim was paid quickly to my bank account

Long delay

There was a very long delay in processing, this came down to miscommunication and an email being overlooked. Ultimately however was resolved with a positive outcome and will definitely continue to use 1Cover
