If you decide that the policy you have purchased is not right for you, you can cancel it within 14 days after you are issued your Certificate of Insurance, provided your journey has not commenced and you do not want to make a claim or to exercise any other right under the policy.
Beyond the 14-day cooling-off period you can still make changes to the policy or cancel the policy, but if your journey has commenced you will not receive any refund of the premium you paid. This is why we advise you to review your policy documents, including the Policy Wording as soon as you have received them to ensure that the product is right for you. If you choose to end your journey early for any reason, we will not reimburse any premium of any unused portion of your policy.
