Did you forget to purchase travel insurance before you left? Don’t stress. If you’re a New Zealand resident, you can purchase an Already Overseas policy - travel insurance for those already abroad. The only difference is that you must be overseas when you purchase this policy because this policy is designed for those travellers who have forgotten their insurance or forgot to extend an existing policy and now need to purchase more travel insurance.
It's important to note that there is no cover provided under any section of the policy for the first 72 hours from the start date on your certificate of insurance. Other exclusions apply. Please read the Policy Wording for details.
